I’m Hamza. I lead the technical work at Nexabit AI, and if we end up working together, I’m the person you’ll be talking to for the length of the project.
The most useful first message tells me three things: what you’re building, what’s in the way, and what you’ve already tried. That is usually enough for me to tell you whether this is work we should take, or whether something simpler solves it. I would rather say so in the first reply than three meetings in.
If you already know the shape of the engagement, say that too. Scope, constraints, whatever deadline is real.
