Nexabit AI builds AI systems for organisations where a wrong answer has consequences.
Sometimes that means a regulated environment: a filing that has to be right, records that cannot leave the network. Sometimes it just means a system real customers depend on every day. The bar is the same.
How we’re set up
A founder-led studio. The person who leads the technical work is the person you talk to, with senior specialists brought in as a project needs them. No account managers, and no handoff between the people who sold the work and the people who do it.
That is a deliberate arrangement rather than a stage we are waiting to grow out of. It suits the two kinds of client we work with most: organisations who will check who is actually doing the work, and agencies who need to hand over a whole project and stay invisible behind it.
How we work
Scoped fixed-price where the work is definable, with a first milestone that is a real deliverable rather than a percentage of the total.
Much of our work is under NDA, so we describe architecture rather than clients. That restraint runs in both directions, and it is usually what a client with sensitive data is quietly checking for.
The record
Twelve projects delivered since 2024, across healthcare, higher education and software products, for clients in the US, UK and Europe.
Every one of those client relationships ran past ninety days. That is the number worth looking at, more than any rating. It tells you whether people wanted to carry on working together once the first piece of work was finished.
Nexabit AI was founded by Muhammad Hamza Bilal in October 2024 and is registered both in Pakistan and US.
If a hosted API or an off-the-shelf tool is the right answer, we will say so. We would rather lose a project than build something expensive that a subscription would have handled.
